We have a $350 order minimum.

We charge 10% of your subtotal for shipping. At this time, we only ship via USPS and FedEx.

What kind of payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept terms at this time.

Are we required to follow a MAP Policy?

Dr Squatch reserves the right to refuse shipments to retailers who have sold, or sell, our product below suggested MSRP.

Am I able to resell on third party websites?

Unauthorized resale on Amazon, Walmart.com and other similar channels is monitored, and Dr. Squatch reserves the right to hold/cancel any order suspected of violation.

What is your return policy?

Returns that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges will be borne by the purchaser. Merchandise must be returned new. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-authorized by a Dr Squatch representative. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

Why can’t I find the limited edition soaps on the wholesale site?

At this time, we’re only offering our core products on our wholesale site.

Are you able to provide an Excel file with product information including UPCs?

Absolutely! Send an email to wholesale@drsquatch.com and we’ll send the Excel file as soon as we can!

Will you be offering any additional items for wholesale?

We’re constantly adding new products and new categories!
